FAQs
Q Can all warehouses use the barcod labeling service?
A The number of supported warehouses varies depending on the size of the service. We will continue to expand the number of available distribution centers.
Q Do I need to attach a sample barcode to every item in the box for home delivery?
A No, we print one sample barcode per option ID and include it in the box. Please be careful not to print the barcode too small to be scanned. In this case, please attach the sample barcode to the topmost item in the box and enclose it.
Example)
- For 1 option ID (1 product): Sample barcode 1
- For 2 option IDs (2 or more products): Sample barcode 2 (1 per batch of products)
Q Does the barcode application service include attaching product names and expiration dates?
A The barcode application service prints and applies a 'barcode label' and 'logistics product name'. The product name is printed and applied at the same time as the barcode based on the SKU name.
Q How can I use the barcode attachment service if my existing products have barcodes?
A If the target product has one barcode, a new barcode will be applied on top of the existing barcode. However, if there are more than one barcode, we cannot provide this service, and if the barcode is already in the warehouse, we may take necessary measures such as returning it.
Q How is the barcode application service billed?
A You will be billed based on the number of items received under the receiving ID that you have selected to use the barcode attachment service.
Q Where can I check the service charge settlement for the barcode application service?
A You can check the cost of the barcode attachment service on the Rocket Growth Settlement Status page. For more details, please download the report.
